JRI MySirius Wireless Temperature Monitoring Solution

JRI MySirius is a wireless monitoring solution with IoT connectivity. The cloud-based temperature monitoring solution is adapted to a wide range of applications :

  • Monitoring of storage areas : warehouses, cold rooms, thermostatic or climatic chambers, fridges, freezers, incubators…
  • Monitoring during transport : vehicles, containers, isothermal bags…

JRI MySirius is compatible with the Nano SPY wireless data loggers that are perfectly fit to meet the needs of basic temperature and humidity monitoring of storage areas and during transport.

The LoRa® SPY range of wireless sensors equipped with LoRaWAN long-range technology ensures tracking temperature, humidity and other environmental parameters and allows to monitor storage areas scattered over a large territory and perform real-time monitoring during transport.

Both types of data loggers and sensors can be managed via any type of terminal : PC, tablet or smartphone. JRI MySirius can be integrated with a third-party systems via API.

MyFoodCheck

MyFoodCheck is a mobile and tablet app that simplifies HACCP temperature measurement operations by using the Bluetherm One connected thermometer. Measurement data is transmitted by the Bluetherm One through the MyFoodCheck app making recording paperless and also enabling quick decisions to be made if thresholds are exceeded.

It enables easy management of temperature recording of foodstuffs from reception to the plate. At every stage recording is made easy:

  • At delivery
  • At hot/cold holding
  • At cooling and reheating
  • At storage
  • At cooking 

In the case of non-compliant temperatures, a list of corrective actions is displayed and the information added automatically via the MyFoodCheck app to MySirius.

MyFoodCheck operates in tandem with the FOODCHECK module with MySirius 24/7 monitoring cloud solution. All data is collected in the MyFoodCheck application and is automatically synchronized and saved on the JRI MySirius Platform within the FOODCHECK module. Temperature recordings with a conventional thermometer, can be easily entered manually into the application. The FOODCHECK module provides access to the administration and configuration of alert thresholds, products, corrective actions, monitoring units and suppliers.

It is possible to export data in PDF reports and CVS files and to generate audit trails.

To use MyFoodCheck application, it is necessary to : 

  1. Subscribe to JRI MySirius cloud solution along with the FOODCHECK module
  2. Download the free Mobile App available from Google Play and soon on iTunes
  3. Purchase one or more BlueTherm Thermometers

Nano SPY Mini Wireless Data Loggers

Wireless mini Data loggers with 2.4 Ghz technology communication.

The new range of mini temperature data loggers Nano SPY monitor temperature and humidity. The Nano SPYs are 100% wireless sensors and can be placed them directly in the unit or transport box, the closest possible to the thermo-sensible products. The recorded data are transmitted to the module Nano SPY LINK by a 2.4GHz radio frequency communication, uploaded and managed through the secure Web application JRI MySirius from anywhere using a tablet or computer or smartphone.

Operating principle with Nano SPY wireless data loggers

Nano SPY T1

Real wireless sensor, the Nano SPY T1 measures and records temperature. It transmits data to a nearby LINK module, by 2.4 GHz radiofrequency communication. The measurements are then sent automatically to the JRI secure Cloud for hosting, and will be managed on JRI MySirius web application. If thresholds are exceeded, alerts are transmitted in real time to react immediately. Small and robust, it is designed to monitor temperature directly from inside the refrigerator, freezer, incubator or room. The calibration can be managed by simple exchange.

Nano SPY T2

The Mini data logger Nano SPY T2 measures and records temperature with its external probe. Designed to monitor thermo-controlled chambers, the Nano SPY T2 mini data logger transmits data to a nearby LINK module. The measurements are then sent automatically to the JRI secure Cloud for hosting and will be managed on JRI MySirius web application. If thresholds are exceeded, alerts are transmitted in real time to react immediately. 3 versions available with different probe lengths. It can be fixed to outside of equipment, thanks to its magnet back.

Nano SPY T3L

The mini temperature data logger Nano SPY T3L measures and records low temperatures with its external probe. Designed to monitor thermo-controlled chambers, the mini data logger Nano SPY T3L transmits data to a nearby LINK module, by 2.4 GHz radiofrequency communication.

The measurements are then sent automatically to the JRI secure Cloud for hosting and will be managed on JRI MySirius web application. If thresholds are exceeded, alerts are transmitted in real time to react immediately. It can be fitted to the outside of equipment with its magnet back. Model come with two probe sizes.

Nano SPY T3H

The mini temperature data logger Nano SPY T3H measures and records high temperatures with its external probe. Designed to monitor thermo-controlled chambers, the mini data logger Nano SPY T3H transmits data to a nearby LINK module, by 2.4 GHz radiofrequency communication.

The measurements are then sent automatically to the JRI secure Cloud for hosting and will be managed on JRI MySirius web application. Nano SPY T2I

The Mini data logger Nano SPY T2I measures and records temperature with its external probe inside the incubator. Designed to monitor thermo-controlled chambers and especially incubator with better accuracy than standard Nano SPY T2, the mini data logger Nano SPY T2I transmits data to a nearby LINK module, by 2.4 GHz radiofrequency communication. The measurements are then sent automatically to the JRI secure Cloud for hosting and will be managed on JRI MySirius web application.If thresholds are exceeded, alerts are transmitted in real time to react immediately. It can be fitted to the outside of equipment with its magnet back.

Nano SPY TH

Real wireless sensor, the Mini data logger Nano SPY TH measures and records temperature and hygrometry.  Discreet, the Nano SPY TH is particularly suitable for climate comfort and HVAC applications. It transmits data to a nearby LINK module, by 2.4 GHz radiofrequency communication. The measurements are then sent automatically to the JRI secure Cloud for hosting, and will be managed on JRI MySirius web application. If thresholds are exceeded, alerts are transmitted in real time to react immediately.

Nano SPY LINK

Transmission gateway for data measurement to the JRI secure cloud. The Nano SPY LINK module detects and communicates with all nearby Nano SPY sensors automatically. Data are collected and transmitted to the JRI secure Cloud via a WiFi connection or by Ethernet network. The Nano SPY Link can be equipped with BLE communication which will enable it communicate with a tablet. This function allows to view the status of all your monitored chambers on a screen and monitor your equipment even if Internet is down.

Nano SPY LINK 3G

Transmission gateway for data measurement to the JRI secure cloud. The Nano SPY LINK 3G module detects and communicates with all nearby Nano SPY sensors automatically. Data are collected and transmitted to the JRI secure Cloud via 3G or 4G cellular network. The Nano SPY Link can be equipped with BLE communication which will enable it communicate with a tablet. This function allows to view the status of all your monitored chambers on a screen and monitor your equipment even if Internet is down.

LoRa SPY Devices

LoRaWAN connected data loggers with long range communication

The LoRa® SPY connected sensors ensure a wireless monitoring for temperature and other environmental parameters. Based on the LoRa™ technology, the sensors are designed for monitoring equipment and thermo-sensitive products during storage thanks to the long distance coverage offered by LoRa Alliance Operators (not yet available in Australia and New Zealand) or by a private LoRa gateway. The JRI MySirius web application allows you to monitor and manage your data on a unique platform, specifically tailored to answer needs of the user’s job. LoRa® SPY are compatible with the wireless temperature monitoring solution JRI MySirius.

Operating principle with LoRa SPY wireless sensors

LoRa SPY T0

The long-range wireless data logger LoRa® SPY T0 measures and records temperature.

Data are sent to the JRI secure Cloud by the LoRaWAN™ network of a local telecom LoRa Alliance™ member, or by a private network. In case of thresholds excursion, real time alerts are sent. Robust and waterproof, it is most suitable for recording temperatures in warehouse, especially where a LCD is not required.

LoRa SPY T1

The long-range wireless data logger LoRa® SPY T1 with LCD measures and records temperature

Data are sent to the JRI secure Cloud by the LoRaWAN™ network of a local telecom LoRa Alliance™ member, or by a private network. In case of thresholds excursion, real time alerts are sent. Robust and waterproof, it is most suitable for recording temperatures in warehouse and has the added advantage if an LCD display.

LoRa SPY Digital

The LoRa® SPY Digital recorder records temperature and humidity with an external removable probe.

The LoRa® SPY Digital is designed to be used with JRI digital probes which have an internal memory to store their calibration adjustment coefficients and other metrological data. Data are sent to the JRI secure Cloud by the LoRaWAN network of telecom operators members of LoRa AllianceTM or by a private network. In case of threshold excursions, real-time alerts are sent. The calibration can be managed in the laboratory by a simple exchange of the probe without interruption of your thermo-sensitive product monitoring.

LoRa SPY U

The LoRa® SPY U recorder is designed to measure and record data coming from different types of sensors.

Data are sent to the JRI MySirius secure Cloud for optimal exploitation or directly to your servers (using webAPI or LoRa SPY U control protocol). It connects to the LoRaWANTM network of telecom operators members of the LoRa AllianceTM or to a private network. In case of thresholds excursions, real-time alerts are sent by SMS text message, mail or voice message. Inputs include Pt100, Analogue/Voltage, Count and Dry Contact.

LoRa SPY TH1

The long-range wireless data logger LoRa® SPY TH measures and records temperature and relative humidity

Data are sent to the JRI secure Cloud by the LoRaWAN™ network of the telecom operators members of the LoRa Alliance™, or by a private network. In case of threshold excursions, real-time alerts are sent. Discreet, the LoRa® SPY TH1 is particularly adapted for HVAC applications and warehouse ambient monitoring.

LoRa SPY R (Wide Range)

The wireless data logger LoRa® SPY R measures and records temperature with an external probe

A reference device designed to be used when performing calibrations of connected loggers in the LoRa® SPY range. The LoRa® SPY Reference recorder measures and records temperature with high precision.

 Its specification makes it perfect for monitoring of equipment with over a wide range. It uses a Class A Pt100 sensor with a range -196°C to 

LoRa SPY T2

The long-range wireless data logger LoRa® SPY T2 measures and records temperature with external probe

Data are sent to the JRI secure Cloud by LoRaWAN™ network of the telecom operators members of the LoRa Alliance™, or by a private network. In case of threshold excursions, real-time alerts are sent. Designed to monitor fridges and freezers, the LoRa® SPY T2 is installed outside equipment to display measurement. Probe lengths are either 30cm or 300cm.

LoRa SPY T2I

The long-range wireless data logger LoRa® SPY T2I measures and records temperature with higher accuracy

Data are sent to the JRI secure Cloud by LoRaWAN™ network of the telecom operators members of the LoRa Alliance™, or by a private network. In case of threshold excursions, real-time alerts are sent. Designed to monitor incubators, the LoRa® SPY T2I can be fixed outside thanks to its magnet allowing to visualize data measurement.

LoRa SPY T3

The long-range wireless data logger LoRa® SPY T3 measures and records ultra-low temperature.

Data are sent to the JRI secure Cloud by LoRaWAN™ network of the telecom operators members of the LoRa Alliance™, or by a private network. In case of threshold excursions, real-time alerts are sent. Designed to monitor low temperature, the LoRa® SPY T3 is fixed outside of equipment allowing to visualize data measurement. Probes lengths are either 50cm or 600cm.

LoRa Gateways

These come preconfigured to be used on a private network.

MultiTech Multiconnect Conduit

The gateway comes with a high gain antenna and can be connected to other external antenna where reception may be an issue. Supplied with ethernet cable and power adaptor. Can be used for inside and outdoor applications, with suitable protection from the environment.

 

Multitech Multiconnect Conduit AP

This gateway has an internal antenna and comes with ethernet cable and power adapter. Also comes in a 4G version. This gateway is ideally suited for indoor installations. Gateways come pre-configured to connect to My Sirius platform.
